What is collected

What you send through the contact form: name, email, city and country, subject, the work you are interested in, and your message.

If you go ahead with a purchase or commission, also: delivery address, phone number and the details needed for invoicing. If you write by email or Instagram, whatever you include in that message.

How it is used

To answer your enquiry; prepare quotes; handle the sale, the commission and the shipping; and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. No newsletters or advertising are sent without your consent, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form, and the performance of the purchase or commission you request.

Who else processes it

Form messages are processed with Google Workspace (Google LLC, United States), the same service that hosts the info@zaquiere.com mailbox: it sends the notification of your enquiry and an automatic confirmation to your email address. The site's hosting provider keeps technical logs. For shipping, the carrier receives only your name, address and phone number.

By sending the form, you agree to your data being transferred to the United States for this purpose.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are kept for up to one year after the last contact. Sales and commission records are kept for as long as Uruguayan accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, updating, inclusion or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@zaquiere.com, under Uruguayan Law No. 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP). If you live in another country, you also keep the rights your own laws give you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and its fonts are served from the site itself. The hosting provider may log technical data about each visit (IP address, date and page) for security. The Instagram link leads to a third-party site with its own privacy policy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and only the artist can access the messages received.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
